Who manages Heathrow Parking Deal?
Heathrow Parking Deal is managed by Best Travel Deals Ltd. We provide an online booking platform that helps customers compare and book Heathrow airport parking services through independent parking providers.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
After successful payment, your confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
Please also check your Spam/Junk folder as sometimes emails may be filtered there.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us before your travel date.
Who provides the parking service?
The parking service is provided by independent parking operators. Heathrow Parking Deal manages the booking process, payment and customer support.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation depends on the product selected at checkout.
Non-Flexible bookings are discounted products and cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded unless Cancellation Cover has been purchased.
How does Cancellation Cover work?
If Cancellation Cover was purchased, eligible customers can choose: 60% refund of the original parking service price paid OR 100% credit voucher to use again within 6 months. Booking fees, Cancellation Cover fees and optional extras are non-refundable.
Can I change my booking?
Amendments depend on availability and booking type. Non-Flexible bookings cannot normally be amended.
What happens if my return flight is delayed?
Please contact the parking provider using the details on your confirmation email. Additional charges may apply depending on the provider’s policy.
What happens if I do not arrive?
No-shows and unused bookings are not refundable.
Who should I contact for vehicle-related issues?
Vehicle collection, return, storage and handling are managed by the independent parking provider. Please report any concerns directly to the provider.
