These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through Heathrow Parking Deal. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Section 1: Bookings and Confirmation
1.1 Once your payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
1.2 If you do not receive your confirmation email, you must contact us immediately at heathrow@gmail.com. We are not responsible for missed bookings if this is not reported promptly.
1.3 Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time, unless Cancellation Cover applies (see Section 6).
1.4 You must review the “More Info” section of your selected service before booking. This includes key details such as operating hours, restrictions, and any additional charges.
1.5 All bookings must be made in advance and include a non-refundable booking fee.
Section 2: Our Role
2.1 Heathrow Parking Deal acts only as a booking intermediary.
2.2 We do not own or operate any parking facilities.
2.3 Your contract is directly with the parking provider. Their own terms apply to the service.
2.4 If your chosen provider cannot fulfil your booking, we will try to arrange a suitable alternative. If you decline, you may receive a refund of the parking charge only.
Section 3: Claims and Liability
3.1 Once your vehicle is handed to the parking operator, all claims for damage, loss, delay, or service issues must be made directly with them.
3.2 We are not responsible for issues caused by weather, traffic, strikes, technical failures, or events outside our control.
3.3 Heathrow Parking Deal cannot be included in legal claims related to the parking operator’s service. If included incorrectly, we reserve the right to recover legal costs.
Section 4: Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Your vehicle must be roadworthy, insured, taxed, and have a valid MOT where required.
4.2 You must bring your booking confirmation and follow all arrival instructions.
4.3 Remove all valuables before handing over your vehicle.
4.4 Inspect your vehicle before leaving the site. Claims cannot be made after departure.
4.5 It is your responsibility to keep the parking operator’s contact details.
Section 5: Prices and Payments
5.1 All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and apply to advance bookings.
5.2 Booking fees and optional extras are non-refundable.
5.3 Additional charges may apply for large or commercial vehicles. Please check before booking.
5.4 Prices may change depending on demand and availability.
5.5 Cancellation Cover may be offered at checkout for an extra fee. This fee is non-refundable.
5.6 Same-day bookings may include a surcharge. This will be shown at checkout and is non-refundable.
Section 6: Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, parking bookings are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
6.2 Cancellations must be made via Manage Booking or by emailing heathrow@gmail.com. They are only valid once confirmed in writing.
6.3 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 10 working days.
6.4 Flexible Bookings
- Cancel more than 48 hours before arrival for a refund
- A £20 admin fee will apply
- No refunds within 48 hours unless Cancellation Cover applies
6.5 Non-Flexible Bookings
- Cannot be cancelled or refunded unless Cancellation Cover is purchased
6.6 Cancellation Cover
- Must be purchased at the time of booking
- Fee is non-refundable
- Does not apply within 36 hours of arrival
6.7 Non-Flexible with Cancellation Cover
- Cancel more than 36 hours before arrival to receive 70% refund of parking cost
- Booking fee, extras, and surcharges are excluded
- No refunds within 36 hours
Section 7: Amendments
7.1 Amendments must be requested via Manage Booking or by email.
7.2 Fees apply:
- More than 48 hours: £10
- 24 to 48 hours: £15
- Less than 24 hours: £20
7.3 Non-Flexible bookings cannot be amended unless covered.
Section 8: Arrival and Parking
8.1 Allow enough time for check-in and transfers.
8.2 Failure to follow instructions may result in service refusal without refund.
Section 9: Complaints
9.1 Issues must be reported to the parking operator immediately.
9.2 Complaints should be submitted within 24 hours of vehicle return.
9.3 We may assist but are not responsible for the outcome.
Section 10: Limitation of Liability
10.1 Our liability is limited to booking-related errors only.
10.2 Maximum liability is the total amount paid.
10.3 We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights or expenses.
10.4 We are not liable for the actions of parking operators.
Section 11: Reviews
11.1 Reviews about services should be directed to the parking provider.
11.2 We may respond to or request removal of incorrect reviews.
Section 12: Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Section 14: Parking Operator Responsibility
14.1 The parking operator is responsible for your vehicle once it is handed over.
14.2 They are liable for any damage or loss during the service.
14.3 Heathrow Parking Deal does not take possession of vehicles.
14.4 Any issues must be reported before leaving and documented.
Section 15: Governing Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
15.3 Your legal consumer rights are not affected.
